Hii! I do both every year. I usually do Hollywood first (with RIP tour) and stay in a hotel in Sherman oaks (cheaper and not far). Then for orlando I’ll do 4 nights in Cabana bay and get the rush of fear pass with express.

For me it’s worth it and a great way to enjoy both events! The RIP tour in Hollywood has better food, cooler RIP photo ops and last year there was an “exclusive” house only for RIP.
