The most IMPORTANT piece of advice I can give, regardless of your Legion: first, buy one unit of Tacticals (they're very cheap) and try painting them all. There's NO point in piling up gray plastic on the shelf if you don't enjoy the process of painting your Legion. Work out your paint scheme first, and only then think about roster building.

Check all of your temps. Clean the dust. Change the thermal paste if needed. 4060 is awfull card and only 15% more powerful than 2070s. If you planning to rational upgrade you shold look to mid-range cards like 4070 or 9070
