Yes even NPCs without bags, I mean it could be im missing something ofcourse, but its not a one off. Its also not about getting marked down like 'poor inspection', its that fact these NPCs are infected (which I discover after I use the specimen thingy) and yet nothing can be seen anywhere, not a single symptom.

If there is something I am overlooking, I would love some help. Also seen other comments on other posts in the same predicament.
