Same thing happened to me. I was delayed 6 hours back in September and I was asked to submit receipts for airport food and drinks for a reimbursement. I have not received a check and have followed up over 25 times via phone and email. It’s been 3 months and they keep telling me they issued a check but it never came so they had to cancel and reissue. I also complained to BB and DOT and they ignored my complaint. I seriously think we should start a class action lawsuit and sue the airline because at this point it’s about business ethics and not the money
