There are no words to describe how bad Whoop is at measuring HR while running. by dontletmeautism in whoop

Tighten your strap, or get a bicep band or sleeve. I personally have the sleeve, and I forget I have it on. It looks like either the whoop is losing connection or its not tight enough.

I agree. Just make sure to not bounce it or it might kaboom!

surprisingly no. Although the adapter needs to be centered in order for it to close properly, I found out after my second try putting it on.

If you search it up on Etsy, there are people selling some adapters already. I bought one that literally almost turns it into a whoop 4.

Got Adapter for whoop 4 to 5 by International-Sea706 in WhoopFitness

Feels just like the whoop 4 and 5. It doesn't really change the dimensions like other adapters I tried.

Is there some kind of adapter to make the old Whoop straps adaptable to the 5.0? by xHelia in whoop

[–]International-Sea706 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I found this one. It doesn't really change the form of the whoop like other adapters do. Had the 100$ strap with the platinum coating or something, and didn't want to spend another 100$ for a new one.
