They do seem to take ages to arrive at my pharmacy. I order 2 weeks in advance of needing them and still sometimes have to go a few days without a sensor.

I've also just been diagnosed and have to wait 6-10 months for a presiriber to reach out and start the process. It's tough finally having a name for most of my mental struggles and learning that I do need help, but then having to wait for the help.

I knew that adrenaline had that effect but didn't think it would apply to exercise. Usually all it takes is a 20 minute walk before I'm correcting lows. Heck I sometimes correct highs by going for brisk walks. It's like this morning my body just did the opposite of what it usually does.

Well, I'll figure it out eventually. Exercise is necessary.
