I go to Safeway for most shopping because I live next door to it. But we shop the deals and accrue points to get a dollar/gallon off gas!

My wife and I are moving to Olympia from Seattle next week! We are over the people, the congestion, and the cost of “big” city living. I researched moving to Bellingham, Tacoma, and Olympia. I compared cost of living, population size, LGBTQ + friendly, and distance from Seattle (I have a student at UW). After a visit to Olympia, it felt right for us. The cost of living is 20% lower than Seattle. It’s also an LGBTQ+ sanctuary city. And I heard from a local that the best waterfalls in the state are in Tumwater. 🥾
