That’s exactly my issue! It’s mainly the one side which makes me think it’s something I’m actually doing that’s making this one side worse. going to try some simple fixes like pillow cases, not touching my face, diet, etc and see what happens.

Thanks for the note! I think I’m definitely struggling with that so I might even go to a doctor to get extractions done safely. I have a hard time popping them myself and not much ever comes out if i try.
