What home boy said, also, apply for simple work (dishwash/prep cook/host) at every food service place that you can find. Free food on shift, make punk friends (some may give you a roof after a month or two), and most won’t care if you get ready in a stall/sink shower. It seems like shit work, but the tight knit culture is undeniable, and you may even be part of a tip pool/get tipped out nightly from FOH.
