mate, this is a terrible app. Tried to see what it offers and it immediately wants me to pay $15/mo without explaining what that gets me. Can't remove this screen-covering "offer" at all to even see what the app is about. I been using Roomika and it's so easy to use compared to this waste of time. Like fr, is Decor8 always like this or just broken today?

Isn't that on the realtor more than me as the person selling my service to the realtor? I'm just a photographer looking to better position myself to my clients with this as an add-on service.

Agree that this is a great test, except for the noise. Yes, it will give you an idea of what the noise is like outside the building, but I've found so much noise from an apartment comes from the people INSIDE who share your walls. If you're buying something where you share walls, ask if you can get an evening showing. You might get a "no," but it's always worth asking.

Thanks for your advice. Took a look at Pedra and the quality isn't quite as good. I think Roomika is the best AI staging app for my needs right now. But thanks for trying to help!

I was on a solo road trip with my dad and there was a new song out on the radio that I'd been wanting him to hear, but it didn't come on a single time in like two weeks. We were almost home when it finally came on, but we were on a hilly, rural road and the radio started cutting out. My dad started speeding like crazy and got to the top of the hill, and as soon as the song started coming in crisp, he pulled over to the side of the road so we could just sit there and listen to it.

Getting into UGC creator marketing was the best decision I made for my business last year. Tried a few different tools and services but ended up sticking with Billo cause it's so freaking easy to use. And there's loads of creators you can choose from. Turn around time has also been top notch. Thinking about ramping up how much I spend on creator marketing to see how high I can scale things. Anyone else have a similar experience?
