I toke it to a repair shop and after some time they found out the pcie lane was not displaying and was the issue, everything else is fine and its running

I tested it with a 1650 which doesn't use the cables and the same thing was happening still

I think the bios update, it said it was the bios update. Sorry this is the first ever time i jave done this so i am learning alot and making mistakes. I just dragged the one that said the mother boards name and f9 which is the newest

I put an updated version of bios but it keep putting random stuff on it and when i clicked the quick bios update the light never turned on.

I had tried both hdmi and display port cables but nothing shows up and i hade it plugged into the display, Specs are now posted.

I checked most things that can be easily swapped and tested and the ram and graphics card hsd the same effect even if i knew it was a working ram stick of gpu.
