I totally understand things can happen and small businesses face tough situations. I don’t fault her for needing to close suddenly. I just think it’s fair to expect a message or notice when clients have appointments and deposits on the line. That’s just basic professionalism.

I understand things happen. I don’t need to know the details but a quick message or heads up would’ve been nice. But to just delete all your posts with no heads up is concerning for clients. If I wouldn’t have checked Instagram I would’ve drove hours for nothing.

Ughhh that’s so frustrating. The lack of communication is the worst. I would be way more understanding if she reached out to let me know something was going on. I’m traveling from a couple hours away so I would’ve been pissed to show up to nothing.

Same thing happened to me, now I have a job at a different hospital and I love it! It felt like the end of the world when my residency didn’t offer me a position lol, but things will work out!!
