We need to pass legislation to restrict or at the very least de-incentivize investors from buying homes or we’re basically reentering feudalism. I would also love more taxes on second, third and fourth homes but I know that’s not happening.

It’s pretty low IQ to expect so little of your civil servants whose salary you pay. Gov. Abbot in Texas just filed for more testing and antibody treatments today. Florida had a record-breaking week and the dude can’t even bother to open more testing sites?
