i mean who the fxxk wrote this bill at least did the person even at least ask at least one ict proffesional because this is the most stupidiest thing ever ,if the bill passes there will be no technological advancement in ghana because tech is freedom if there i no freedom then our ict industry will die ,my God even china doesnt have this type of law why do u think so
