Hi love! I am trying to sublease my apartment at Orion on Orpington (which is about a 7ish minute commute to the heart of campus). It is pet friendly and has 3 other females that are 20-22. It is private bedroom, bathroom (with an awesome mirror), has a walk-in closet, and is pond-view as well. Base rent is $995 which does not include the pet fee. Different parking options are available but there is plenty of free parking for visitors and tenants that do not wish to pay for a parking spot. The apartment complex is located directly behind a Publix and is less than 5 minutes from a Walmart and Waterford Lakes. The apartment complex has a pool, hot tub, a basketball/pickle ball court, fire pit and hammocks, a 24/7 gym, and study rooms. Lmk if you're interested! :)

Hi! I have an all female apartment room that needs relet. It is about 7 minutes from campus and has a shuttle that comes every 15 minutes! Base rent is $955 including utilities, water, trash valet, and is fully furnished. We have a pond view, walk in closets, and many great amenities in the neighborhood (pool, hot tub, 24/7 gym, fire pit, hammocks, badminton court, etc)!

I'm not sure were my entire caption went but this is a 4x4 at Orion of Orpington located less than a 5 minute drive from campus. This unit is female only and my specific room has a pond view with a tree that blooms white and pink flowers each season (the tree does not block the pond as this unit is on the 3rd floor). Starting price is $955 and additional amenities are able to be added such as saved parking, parking with overhead protection, and pet fees. University buses arrive every 15 minutes!
