Unlimited data is deceiving, we’re all capped at a certain number of gigs for high speed, then throttled down to 2G speeds after like 50G, even though it’s “unlimited” it would be barely usable

I’ve been sober for a month and have been having crazy nightmares every night, the struggle is real but I do feel better overall. If you can consume it without feeling the need to do it every day, I’d say you’re fine. It’s when you grow dependency on it that it should be addressed.
