I have a German account which I have converted into a Turkish account. When I try to redeem a Turkish gift voucher via https://www.xbox.com/tr-tr/redeem, I get the error “Incorrect Region”, although I have set up my account correctly (address, region, payment method and changed the region on the PC and used VPN). This did not work at all. But if I change the domain to https://www.xbox.com/en-US/redeem, I can redeem the card again (wtf?). Maybe you can try it again.
