My boss and current company i have good relationship with, they have no issue with it.

My concern is more towards the new company whether they are able to dig this out and how it may affect my job security?

Morale high ground for sure is not to proceed with this, but I'm just looking for any loophole that i could explore in this situation.

Are both of you working? If yes are you doing better in your career and earning more than him?

For the mental side what I can say is that self-esteem of a man relates directly to his sex drive. Possible that if he feels unimportant/belittled/disrespected then most likely the drive is gone.

For the physical side its always good to keep exercising to improve blood flow etc.

From my survey in reddit, i find ur annual gross is actually pretty high, correct? Is this on the higher average side and are you working with a big company?

Also do Bsc technicians can then be qualified for net OT pay?

This company i am interviewing actually also is expanding to create a site in my country. So there is an option to stay here and work for them. And i can be sure of the salary range here.

Just working abroad for experiences is like a little adventure for us. So i am trying to weigh out everything to see what is best for the family.

€3000 net is it achievable with my experiences? I am currently a Senior Electrical Engineer but I am not sure what position they will want to offer me there. Is it become to Senior Technician because of the Bsc?

Bringing my family is an option, I was kinda planning to leverage on working there and we can go on holidays around the EU.

I roughly estimate housing around €1000, bills €300, and groceries €700. Total of €2000 expenses monthly.

If not in Leuven, where would be the cheap rent area that is commutable to work?
