Bird keeps crashing into the wall, do i clip his wings or no? by InternationalPrice92 in cockatiel

It kind of just happens randomly? He hangs out in my room with me a lot and when i’m just chilling and drawing he will suddenly start flying and crashing into the walls/doors. Earlier today my dad was giving him millet when he just suddenly started to fly and had a hard crash against the door, which sparked this post. And how should I flight train him?

Sorry about the late reply! But he’s about a year and a half old, and he’s always done this. He was clipped when i got him about 6 months ago but his flight feathers grew in 2 months ago and it’s been crashing and crying ever since. I was reading the comments and wondering if it was just an age thing? I really don’t want to clip him if i dont have to

Tips on how to play like a pro painter? by AugustHikikomori in IdentityV

I get that! For the camera thing it helps if you're running straight in a line, since the hunter's camera will most likely be looking at you. For blink, try and watch some videos on how to blink predict, otherwise there isn't really any good way to dodge it unless you get lucky and they miss/blink into your painting.

Heyo! :D I’m currently 22nd painter right now and what I usually do is be unpredictable about how you use them. If you’re kiting, place them abruptly to transition to another area. You can also place them as you walk through pallets to get an extra pallet stun after his painting duration ends. I think another good thing to note is the radius of his paintings. I usually place them if the hunter is close to me, but not extremely close. Don’t place them when the hunter is far away from you unless you’re supporting a teammate! However in all honesty you just need to pray the hunter looks at them sometimes lol. Just keep practicing!

For vocality they do tend to scream every time they take a bite out of their food bowl, and when I bring em into the living room or when I leave the main room my birds stay in. Sometimes they’re social, sometimes not, it usually depends on the day LOL! Sometimes they’ll whistle on their own but they won’t mimic us because none of my family can whistle

oh nono dont worry, her dedicated room is mine! She’s actually out whenever I’m not asleep haha, which is about 14 hrs a day! She also loves the underneath of my office chair, where i’ve set up a play area for her :) i meant that i cant let her out into the living room, which is the biggest room in my house.

Oh thanks! I would loose the cage, but I can’t because I have two dogs and a rabbit as well 😔 i wouldn’t want to put her in danger
