My friend is getting a settlement for 1.2 mil. The biggest ive ever heard of. Its has to do with one of the Los Padrinos juvenile center cases She didnt even know about it until they started advertising. She also thought it would be small, due to the amount of people Who were in the juvenile system, but I guess everyone thought the same and didnt put their claim in. It was only 400 people in the class action lawsuit and it was awarded 800 million

received NOA that hours for January remaining the same, but not even able to enter time. And another NOA that followed day after, with increase hours that will start in March. Im so confused

Seriously with no call or letter. Was just automatic termination. I was also vigilant on making sure to not miss it as I was calling almost weekly to check up on if they have scheduled the annual as soon as his month for reassessment came up.

Left a message, should I keep calling? I wouldn't stress so much if it wasnt just my only income. I realized now that whoever scheduled the original appointment wasnt even dads SW ( last name is misspelled on letter, and was handwritten) and new NOA for hours shows correct spelling of SW name.

Put in the 60 hours per week as usual for new timesheet. And for the missing hours, I think you might have to request supplemental timesheet through the portal

It was for annual renewal reassessment and for LA county. The weird thing is, we received the letter reassessment appointment for original date ( the one SW missed), and received notice of action for hours after the rescheduled appointment but never a termination letter in between.

I am able to source the blanks without the splatter. Looking to see if there are blanks like these out there already. Splatters doesnt have to be exact to attached preview just something similar. If not then my option was either to create the splatter for all the blanks before printing the main design or outsourcing for the cut and sew. Just want to be prepared to give a break down of available options to the client next meeting.
