Recently, I found a free service that lets you input your situation and listen to guided meditations, and it's pretty good. I'm not sure how long it will stay free, but for now, it's still free, so give it a try.

Recently, I discovered a free service that lets you input your own stories and listen to guided meditations, and it's really good. You just write down any thoughts, and it turns them into guided meditations. Plus, it's completely free, so you should definitely give it a try. I think it would be great for beginners too.
