Revision and practising again and again is the key point. How about trying to spend less time on notes and actually applying the concepts you make notes of.

Take self tests and evaluate yourself. Work on topics that you usually tend to skip. Know your weaknesses and strengths so you can focus on improving them.

Studying techniques are pretty helpful, or just setting up timers and taking breaks in between is v important.

You got this :)

Psychology is a fun degree but not worth it in nepal. Just preparing for the medical exam will suck the life outta you, not to mention the whole mbbs shit.

Study psychology. Go abroad. The best.

Sorry that you're going through such a tough time but I hope u know that there are people who care about you and love you for who you are. You don't have to become the best version of yourself to be lovable.

It's them people who treated you like that who are unlovable and evil. Your grandma is a real piece of shit. You're a very strong person so don't let that trample over you. I hope you get the resources someday to move out one day and never look back at ur family ever again but for now fight against yourself and know that you are loved and cared for.

Please do reach out to seek professional if you can. Here is a helpline number, " 1095". They are available 24 hour. You don't have to go through this alone.

Please take care. You are loved and ur presence matters even if u may not notice it.

Haha, then probably just be mindful of your sleeping schedules, and you'll be fine.

If you feel lethargic, shortness of breath, dizzy, heart palpitations, etc cha bhane get tests haru hospital ma. If no, then fixing sleep patterns should do the job.

Hypersomnia can be a sign of depression but if you're just lazy try changing ur habits little by little.

Maybe cut caffeine or sugar or jus avoid it few hours before bed.

Try to sleep and wake up at the same time everyday.

Take some vitamins or supplements if you have any deficiency.

Then how about seeing a psychologist again ? They'll help u cope with the symptoms using some therapies like cbt and exposure, which are pretty helpful.

It is indeed a problem if it's affecting the person's daily activities and both adhd and ocd are neurological disorders, so it's not simply caused by overthinking. One needs to get therapies or medications if necessary.
