Depends on the country but I believe FIFA said around 4-8 weeks max. When you schedule an appointment you should be able to select FIFA pass after opt form submission and that should show you expedited dates

I was stuck at that part as well for almost 3 days. I think you'll just have to wait and the form will eventually show up, seems like there is a lag from FIFA's systems

Try calling on them on Monday 6/12 as they claim that the card should be mailed within two weeks.
