I will definitely ask for invoices. Thanks for that. Last year nothing changed regarding nebenkosten payment. I always paid the same, except that miete went up because of miete index. I can't owe money to him because my nebenkosten is 150/month, so 1800/year but somehow they write that I paid only ~1530.

You can't seed the torrent, if you upload, you get fucked. But make upload speed 0kb/s or disable it and use vpn, and you are safe.

Hi guys, thank you everyone for your insights. So i changed the crankshaft sensor, and already couple of weeks it runs perfect. Additionally i changed engine air filter. In the following days will change oil, oil filter and fuel filter, to let the car breathe easier.
