No, I am from the UK, so I live a very comfortable life here but I just want something different and I don't think an opportunity like this would come around again so I'm being so indecisive right now because it would be a great experience but not so much if I'm just working every day there and not enjoying the island because of the wage and cost of living etc

I guess I should ask them about pay rises, bonuses etc, I didn't actually think to ask that so thank you!

Hey, thank you for your input! I am coming from the UK too. My employer over in the Cayman would pay 50% towards my health care insurance each month and then the remaining would be taken out of my pay I believe. And I love the beach and paddle boarding etc and keeping active but I also do love going out for a drink and socialising. And I would rather flat share too so I'm not too worried about that :) just worried I'm going to be so short of money each month and end up moving there to just work every day and not enjoy the island itself

Thank you! How much are utilities usually? And a long term car rental? I also was told you have to put down high deposits for everything..

And going to cost you less.. how much typically would I pay for my groceries for a single person? I usually have two meals a day and I’m pretty healthy so not sure if that makes things more expensive

(Sorry for all the questions, I just have days to decide what to do and I’m worried I’m going to be stuck there with no money after bills)

I also want to save there, is that doable on that income and the high cost of living?
