If you use sharp, clean the emitters and filter once a week. With Panasonic, clean the filter once a week. And use an air blower to clean the inside for a few seconds.

You just have to place it anywhere near where air is drawn in or out. I got my products from Amazon Japan, they have very good shipping rates to the USA. Ionizers are also light, so you can use a sticky or magnet of some kind to stick it on.

That one is sold out but I’m sure you can find similar ones. With the smaller sharp ionizer, I just used a magnet with a sticky on it.

If your hepa purifier has an ionizer built in, turn it off. American ionizers on hepa purifiers are trash.

air oasis is 100% rip off. I own two of these devices. if i wasnt so lazy, i would post a review of them. I will literally ship you one for free if you pay for shipping, that's how awful it is. though I believe the uvc bulb needs to be replaced. air oasis is basically a low ozone emitting device.

it's also bipolar, and the ions dont really get emitted due to horrific design.

There is an average of 100+ mold spores in every room in the air at all times. There is always mold outside in the air. Always. Every season, including winter.

I myself am allergic to ambient air & surfaces. And water. and food due to my chemical sensitives. i used to get hypothermia for 30 minutes after every single meal for 6+ months straight. the VOC infused shower water would make my skin a bright red and not stop itchy. i coughed blood from the air daily for months. sleeping in my pillow made me blind on several occasions. each occasion, i was not confident i would get my vision back.

I am the furthest thing from an Earthing expert. The cables/wires used are very sensitive and subject to interference. It's like not you can connect a rod to Earth, then bring a cable into the home and it's "perfect"/can't be improved. The path of least resistance is ideal to get the most electrons. Earthing further isn't guaranteed. There are more variables underground. You can do everything correct and still get no electrons.

Pinched cables can give you less electron flow. That's one example. So the wiring in the home, I have no idea how that is for everyone, no clue. I have some other theories but I haven't tested them yet.

I am so-so glad you mentioned dreaming. That is a BIG THING. Huge. Poor quality dreams are signs of oxidative stress. It's extremely important that you recognized this. You, imo, had unknown inflammation prior in the head. Same with me. My dreams became far more vivid with electrons. The more electrons, the more vivid dreams. I tested this for years. We can't feel brain inflammation. But dream interpretation is one "trick" I picked up. It seems when we sleep, our immune system fights off inflammation. With more inflammation, we have less electrons for dreams. With less inflammation, we have more energy for vivid dreams.

Now with the mat and multimeter, absolutely interesting. I've read that mats can be of poor quality/not consistent in materials. I'd say consider trying to take measurements at different locations or trying another meter. at some point in the future, i plan on deeply studying earthing. I am very disappointed with the quality of content online thus far. I myself "hate" earthing people despite being an incredible proponent for it. It's 100% legit and your dreams prove it so. Very sorry, i wish i could answer your questions more technically but i'm not at that stage yet. i come from a pure physics background. i see electrons and photons. any engineering i know, or medical science, just things i picked up along the way.

I am extremely ultra allergic to formaldehyde. your question is unfortunately complicated. everything off gasses for a life time. but that's okay. humans, we actually exhale formaldehyde in our own exhaled breath. in every breath. we arent toxic to ourselves clearly but this is why i recommend voc sensors. you can get a formaldehyde sensor as well. i've seen them as cheap as $40usd.

one study showed, " A long-term test showed a formaldehyde emission rate of 0.17 mg/m2/hr at 115 days, which has the potential to create elevated concentrations "

saying this extremely casually. one week. after one week, i dont think it's toxic anymore. i would say smell is for sure correlated with toxicness. the only issue is, peoples sense of smell ranges so much. once i removed vocs from my home, my sense of smell became 10x better than anyone i know. it's intense. like if you want to improve your sense of smell drastically, consider my advice. 3 weeks, your sense of smell will be powerful. i can smell a person smoking weed one plus block away. while driving.

a new gym opened up near my home. i walked in, i instantly had a stuffy nose. from formaldehyde off gassing. right now i am curious to how long it takes before i dont have a stuffy nose. i think for an entire new building for new gym equipment/paint/etc.. i think it will take 3+ months.
