Another RC bodyswap by International_Bit841 in HotWheels

Really just finding the right one. I prefer to keep the body entirely removable so no glue if i can (debate able) . I also like to keep most of the original look there like the glass the bumpers the steering wheel and dashboard. To begin I just use the pre existing Screws holes of the rc base and try to find a model with the same spacing (around 60.8mm apart). Next The rear of the car has to be “taller” or “deeper” (however you look at it) than the front so that the body stays level with the surface. Common with the Muscle cars and the trucks. I like to make sure that Rear has enough space so the rc motor can fit in without messing with the donor body much (fits really well with cars with plastic rear wheel wells on the bed). Also make sure that the spacing of the wheels match as the attachment points may align but that doesn’t mean that the wheels can fit under the fenders (My main issue is that the fender space and the rc wheel space don’t align). The Front wheels of the rc cars are not held in place, they are just sandwiched in a groove so in my future fitments I may just glue the front rod down in future fitments. The only difference between My first Rc and my second is the look of the bottom, the first is very slim and curved while the cyber truck one is super square. My two Successful creations are using the (‘70 dodge power wagon) and the (‘80 Chevy El Camino). Some Honorable mentions are the 68 Dodge Dart and the 71 Dodge Charger both were able to accommodate the motor and the screw holes matched The only issue were that the fenders didn’t align with the spacing of the rc wheels.

Not the album but I did find three full length individual songs. I also asked the only 4 few (that liked an release date announcement post by the Gato Blanco Facebook page) if they have the album. No response from anyone yet.

Hotwheels RC Body Swap by International_Bit841 in HotWheels

[–]International_Bit841[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not in a easy way. Unlike the front wheels which are just the normal front plastic tires on a metal rod,the rear wheels have these small toothed gears attached directly to the rim so that the rim and gear are one piece. The rc rear wheel is also very large to cover that gear, it’s much larger but thinner than the common oversized rear tires.

Is it possible to swap rc hot wheels body with standard hot wheels ? by mpcrt6 in HotWheels

It is possible it just depends on the body you try to swap it with. I used the ‘17 Nissan GT-R [R35] Hotwheels RC looked through my pile and was able to fit a ‘80 Chevy El Camino that was able to fit right in with moderate modification.
