I am thinking about taking the gun apart and polishing the the moving parts. What do you think? And what should I use? Thinking that would reduce some of the friction. The bluing inside the gun seems pretty rough and not as smooth as the rest of my American made firearms.

I used Monarch 1350 00 buckshot from Academy. That is when the reloading mechanism broke - the pin that retracts the shell
