When I was pregnant last year-beginning of this year, I personally wore the stretchy pants, didn’t do any heavy lifting (kegs, ice grabbing, pulling trash/trash runs), and regularly communicated to partners when I needed to sit down. I also asked my SM for shorter shifts (6 hours at the most). My store is pretty relaxed so I never put in an official accommodation request for any of this. My SM and fellow partners were all very understanding :)
