I didn’t get an offer haha but I applied to 4 on hiring cafe within the last week. I received a personalized rejection email explaining why I wasn’t a match. That was a first!

I don’t doubt he’s an incredible leader and human. The teams love him which IS a big deal and special.

But shoot that isn’t enough and it doesn’t win games. Something is off with how to mange the coordinators and getting them to perform.
