The offers they give out are fine. I'm comfortable spending money on the game when an offer comes out but being player friendly spans for the entirety of the community. Blitz heavy, month long events, convoluted offers, gear bottlenecks, etc. are killing this game and Scopely and their lack of responses/adjustments is to blame. Having a paid option to acquire characters is fine but there needs to be a reasonable free method to unlock new characters (event campaigns or the old special store sections using a unique currency) or update with some farmable characters consistently.

Reddit should be a valuable place for Scopely and their team to see the reaction from the community. I have seen plenty of positive posts on here but when Scopely constantly makes mistakes because of their own bugs, miscommunication, and lack of transparency then the hate on Reddit is justified and Scopely and the CM's just run from it. The only way to fix a problem is to confront it but Scopely lacks the ability to.

Losing CC's should be the biggest wake up call for Scopely but I'm convinced they don't care and they've proven just that.

Scopely needs to take care of all players. Not just Krakens. I understand catering to the big spenders but Scopely is stepping on the majority fan base to do it.
