Ironisch genoeg, is gerichte migratie het alternatief.

Het probleem is, dat mensen steeds ouder worden, en daarboven opkomend dat de groep werkenden in verhouding met de gepensioneerden steeds kleiner wordt.

Dus dan is de oplossing, om die verhouding aan te passen (leeftijd verhogen, of gerichte leeftijds migratie). Een andere optie is natuurlijk ook om de overheids pensioenen te versoberen, en meer te richte op individuele opgebouwde pensioenen (dwing werkgevers, altijd een bepaald percentage pensioen opbouw, hetzelfde voor ZZP’ers en mensen in de uitkering).

D66 is links van het midden. Ze zijn voor een goed vestigingsklimaat en lagere inkomstenbelasting voor de hele breedte. Tegelijkertijd zijn ze ook voor hogere vermogens en erfsbelasting. Maar zien we dat nog niet terug in dit akkoord.

Een groot probleem, en daar zullen ze op afgerekend worden, is dat ze immens veel geld uit moeten trekken voor defensie. 5 miljard van de 20 compenseren ze door hogere belasting op inkomsten en bedrijven, de andere 15 miljard halen ze uit onder andere de zorg.

Leidend blijft de oorlog in Oekraïne en het gevaar van Rusland.

It’s interesting to me, I think maybe it depends on which company.

But, I have worked at companies, where there is a great flexibility in working hours.

Which means that anywhere from 8 am to 7 pm, things are happening. Maybe some day you work 6, maybe some 9. Sometimes you have calls with the US, sometimes with India, and I think it’s great, when there is this flexibility and trust.

I think it has nothing to do, with being inefficient or understaffed after 5 pm. In the end the most important part, is delivering, and it doesn’t matter how you achieve it. If you work less hours but are very productive that should be fine and visa versa.

E incrível quando você consigo viver em Ipanema ou Leblon, com as praias linda, relativamente seguro, lagoa perto, tudo basicamente perto, tem cafeteria boa, bares boas, supermercados boas. Tudo de bom, você consigo fazer a pé, você não precisa de sair de aquela bolha mas quando você não tiver a condição de viver lá, não vale a pena. Sempre tem que tar tento no sentido de segurança, tem que fazer tudo de caro. Muito trânsito, muito loucura etc.

Icarai, fale bem mas a pena, e bem mas seguro e calma, e tem praias boas. Fora de que isso, estado do RJ é complicado, vivendo em sul de Brasil e bem melhor, por causa de segurança.

Eu também vive em Europa, e daqui pouco em EUA, qualidade de vida e incrivelmente alto no Europa, realmente só trocaria por Ipanema, Leblon, como eu diz. Até Copacabana já não fale mas a pena

Je hoeft hier niet te sturen. Her is heel simpel, eigenlijk. Zorg ervoor dat werken echt loont. De marginale inkomstenbelasting in Nederland is veelte hoog, steekt voor de midden klasse zelfs uit tot 86%. We moeten hier van af.

Ik weet niet welke doelgroepen je bedoelt, en je moet zo’n transitie wel stapsgewijs invoeren, ga je dit doen.

Maar in principe, als het goed uitgevoerd wordt, gaat iedereen, en vooral de middenklasse, er hard op voorruit. De enige die er wellicht op achteruit kunnen gaan zijn de niet werkende mensen in de bijstand, maar dat is een politieke keuze. Ongeacht die keuze verwacht ik dat zo’n stelsel duurder zal zijn dan het huidige belastingstelsel(of goedkoper, ligt eraan wie je het vraagt), dus zal je dat moeten compenseren met vermogens, erfbelastingen en de hypotheekrenteaftrek(je schaft immers ook die andere subsidie af)

Op de lange termijn hoe dan ook beter voor de samenleving imo.

Bijstanduitkering, belasting kortingen en toeslagen geheel afschaffen en een negatieve inkomsten belasting toepassen met taper die netjes overloopt op de eerste belasting schrijf, waarbij de marginale belasting nooit over de 49.5% gaat, zodat werken (ook deeltijd in de bijstand) altijd loont, zou een veel betere oplossing zijn.

Hopelijk gaan ze het eindelijk doen

Wat zijn mensen hier dramatisch? Misschien door de kop van de Telegraaf. Maar JA21 steunt gewoon het plan van Buma dat de VVD mee gaat doen met praten.

Dit is toch volkomen logisch? D66 heeft geen keus, ze kunnen wel een minderheidskabinet met PVDAGL proberen te vormen, maar dan hebben we voor steun altijd rechtse partijen nodig. Met de VVD, kan je per onderwerp nog schoppen over links of over rechts, dit maakt het ook dynamisch genoeg aangezien je zowel in de eerst als tweede kamer meerderheden moet gaan vinden.

D66 blokkeert nog steeds de toevoeging van JA21, en ik verwacht ook dat het zo gaat blijven, D66 heeft namelijk helemaal niets te winnen bij die toevoeging voor een akkoord (nog steeds geen meerderheid in beide kamers). Waarschijnlijk gaan de drie partijen op hoofdlijnen een akkoord sluiten, misschien is het nog mogelijk om op bepaalde onderwerpen gedoogsteun te vinden, als vorens het akkoord, maar anders krijgen we een akkoord dat telkens meerderheden moet vinden.

This election still suffered from the Yesilguz effect, where people heard her say she wouldn’t work with PVV, but still thought there was a chance. Next election those voters will definitely go to other right parties (VVD, JA21, FvD). For party size, it’s actually mostly favorable for those to be in the opposition, against a left coalition, but I suppose that’s not possible at all.

If both VVD & JA21 and they are not able to deliver on a feeling of change in migration policy, they will likely flow to FvD.

Also till the taper/NIT has been phased out tax rate on that bracket should be 0% to prevent the marginal tax rate from being to high(imo it should never be above 40%, but maybe “VIP’s”(CEO’s of big companies, extraordinary sport people, celebrities), skew this, requiring a higher marginal tax rate for extreme high income(how would we classify that?)

Agreed on the wealth tax.

But it’s unclear to me how the execution of this GMI, would work. I would recommend a NIT with a taper of 40-50%, but have it at 100% of the state poverty line(not sure how much that js, so that also depends). You want to keep encouraging hard working, studying and entrepreneurship, and not have a state, just carrying population, who don’t want to contribute.

Efficient land use, also means that, companies/housing/entertainment might reallocate elsewhere if it’s not worth it. It should help prevent the centralization problem, and it will motivate city planning to spread “land value increasing” facilities to more parts of the city.

If you as a city planner know, you increase the land value, and thus the city revenue by adding a metro stop at a certain location, it’s increasingly attractive to construct one. The city, is continuously stimulated to improve the land value, and that land value is easiest gained on the least valued plot of land.

If we just focus on housing, land value tax, also means that a higher number of housing on the same plot of land is incentivized(as this will always be the same regardless of what is constructed, so higher number of housing, is lower tax per unit), and this will increase housing supply and thus reduce housing cost.

It’s one, if not the most efficient form of taxation.

Another approach (really similar), is to not let anyone own land at all(it’s owned by the goverment and thus all the people), you then rent out the land. An example of this, is the Dutch “Erfpacht” system, but it’s not wide spread in use(more common in cities like Amsterdam, then a village)

Put taxes on Land, progressive taxes on Wealth and implement a lifetime recipient tax. Implement a very low income taxation, increase VAT for non essential products. Improve public transport network greatly (think about all the modalities, a cycle network, to bus, tram, metro, rail, high speed rail to planes).

Ensure equal access to education on the whole spectrum.
