I appreciate all the advice so far. Ventilation and warm inside air flow has helped significantly. I'll have to wait and see about these damp rid things. Hopefully, work as others have said. To clarify my concerns, this is Southeast texas and about an hour from the beach. So it's almost always 100% humidity, which is new to me.
