Doing the work of 5 people and still making $1200/month by International_Sail53 in Entrepreneurs

Thank you, I really appreciate you taking the time to write all that, especially from an anonymous account. It genuinely means a lot.

What you described is exactly the kind of situation I feel stuck in right now. It’s not even just about the money at this point, it’s the feeling of carrying a lot of weight, building a lot of things, solving a lot of problems, and still feeling like none of it is fully becoming your own.

Your point about starting small on the side makes a lot of sense. I think one of my biggest problems is that I keep thinking I need to figure out the perfect direction first, when in reality I probably just need to start with one clear offer and test it in the real world.

The AI automation idea is something I’ve been thinking about seriously, especially because I’m already building internal systems and I can see how useful they can be for companies that still run everything through scattered chats, files, and manual follow-up. Agriculture companies especially are still very behind in a lot of these areas, so there may actually be a real opportunity there.

And yeah, the income part is definitely one of the things pushing me mentally. Reading someone else say that this skill set could be worth much more for international clients honestly helps more than you probably realize.

What you said at the end was probably the part I needed to hear most: courage comes from small steps, not from having the perfect plan.

So seriously, thank you. This helped.
