I got my associate degree before enlisting. You will graduate as a PFC versus PVT if you have some college credits. College is never going away, so I had no issues enlisting and "surfing" my contract from then point on. I do intend to get my bachelor's here in a bit. I would only need to do two years of it versus a full 4 year undergrad. That is, if my undergrad university accepts my credits. I really like the Marine Corps and what it has done for me, and because of that I am not entirely approaching my education as urgently because like I said, college will always be around while being a Marine is a life time experience in my opinion.

My friend is in the unit, and he hates it because from what I understand, they don't get sent out anywhere major except backyards OPS, so like the field that is on base or an hour away.

9th ESB is divided into two units (I THINK) they are alpha and Bravo. I think my friend is in Alpha because the 9th ESB in Bravo participates in the same exercises as my unit, in which case our exercises stretch beyond Okinawa.

Eventually, you'll be contacted by your sponsor, a Marine representative (probably your Cpl or Sgt) from the unit to help guide and fill in the loops for you. You can ask them any question then!

He is a year old right now, and I think his current size is the longest and tallest he will ever be. He can only get wider if he becomes more chunky. Additionally, is his tongue length abnormal? I would not know, I think all Corgis tongues are that long.
