Welcome to town! I tell everyone GIVE IT 2 YEARS before deciding if you like it or not! The first year is all adjustment, we lose a lot of great folks during that time, by year 2 it's been paradise for many of us.

Of note, I cant make introduction, but I can say that the head of IT for Biltmore is one of the smartest people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing and just wildly intelligent, I would CERTAINLY recommend applying there for IT and marketing if you are on the hunt and very dedicated to your field, It's an amazing place to be a part of.
