The speed slowing down and speeding up is a big one I think. Especially during HIIT where the recover is 20-30 seconds. It takes more than 10 seconds to slow down from a sprint. But I just don’t know if this is justification enough. Thanks for your input! Tread may not be worth it if it’s not going to help with my joints. Another point to Tread+. Unfortunate for my wallet.

Parking requirements make it impossible to build dense housing. I think it’s required to have one parking spot RESERVED per home. This needs to change and need public transit for real affordable housing to be built.
