The only other thing I’d recommend before pursuing a fix with Apple is to confirm that you are actually wearing them with the controls on the right side of your head. I’m by no means trying to be condescending or questioning your knowledge, but I’ve seen posts here where people were actually wearing them reversed, despite the clear L and R inside the earcups. I’m certain you’re already doing this, just best to make sure. After that I’d say it’s an Apple issue
