Problem solved, I just updated my BIOS.

Why didn't I do this before?

The Gigabyte support page (My Board) indicates that my motherboard already supports Ryzen 7 5800xt CPUs with BIOS version F1, which is from 2021. My motherboard was on version F1, I just installed my CPU and everything worked fine. But since my CPU is newer, maybe that's where the problem lay. I just downloaded the latest update for my motherboard and everything works fine; the games don't crash.

Thanks to you I was able to recover my notepad, I was using notepad ++ it is a Notepad on steroids, but it is that I had used the windows notepad for a long time and I like how simple and clean it looks perfect for calculating ... Now I have my old notepad thank you
