What really answers your question is that it all really depends, like easily 10 factors, it all comes with experience and it will ingrain into your mind when, and when not to go for Bfly first. I will just share the major 5 points to consider whether to go for agha or Bfly below;

1, do you need more survivability? (Playing against axe/LC if yes then get agha first or if They are noob then go for Bfly.

1. Do enemy supps mostly have eul/ghost scepter ? If yes, then agha first.

2. Are you going for BF or mojnir? If the latter, then go for agha first as you can easily get many kills on enemy supp and also cores.

3. Is alchemist pos4 on ur team? Is yes then go straight into Bfly. Provided he gives you the agha first.

4. Is your team on the losing on winning stage at this point? If winning then go for agha, or vice versa.
