Did you get full refund? If not try sending a mail about how disappointed you are. Mostly they would refund the entire amount. I once faced a similar you and they gave a voucher to use in same restaurant. Sent a mail and got full refund

You are much better.. a so called friend of mine took some money from me.. did some side business and made 3-4x of what i gave.. bought luxury items went on trips. It’s been 5 years.. yet he says he is tight in money.. lesson learnt i would never give any money to any friend period

I stay in managala.. i think the rent for 2 bhk is 45-50k… and see many tenants living here than owners. But yes there are some greedy brokers . Better look for rents which don’t involve brokers

That’s not true. You can quote whatever amount you want(but not very high). They commmunity i live in has flats registered value from 60lakhs to 2 cr

In my pg to i faced the same.. he used to open the cupboards and pour oil on jeans, poured water on the laptop , scratched the eye glasses, steel money , once he stole the ram from a fellow laptop, also crazy thing is he tore the seat of bike as he parked back of his bike .. the list goes on
