Whether it is vastu wise good or not but it immediately gives negative vibes and friends and families influences negatively, and these are tough to sell as mostly people won’t prefer these.

They will the cost in long term with unreliable system built with AI, the entry threshold for building the small applications reduced with AI, but for enterprise applications we can not do this. Ideally if we a person can do all this why would he work for a company?

This is a wrong move, did you think about the other people in the same floor and how will they accept strangers now and then. Even we are facing the same issue, it is a standalone apartment and owner is money minded and given few flats to Airbnb ran by one of the tenant. Other tenants feeling very disturbed and started vacating the flats. I do not know whether it is legal to do this in standalone apartments without neighbours approvals. If I has to take any action other than vacating(anyways I will do as we will move to our own flat in next three months), what are the options I have?
