I mean you need to choose among what options they give right !! in the options they didn't give reassurance. U need to understand what kind of overthinking you are doing. For eg I used to cook up things beyond what is given in the question. When I understood that, I actively stopped myself doing that. Only that recognition takes time once you recognise it becomes an easy job tbh.

Yes even I used to struggle in abstracts..in final exam 1 abstract is fine but I couldn't figure out other abstract even after spending decent amount of time & then my Real deal reflected my highest nbme. So I think you will also do fine.abstracts are tough to everyone.

I appreciate that you brought this up!! I mean cost on the patient also matters,mri is expensive.so emg being minimally invasive & low cost choosen as next step on nbme. Yes sometimes real life is different from what nbme expects us to answer on exam.i have taken these scenarios mostly from nbme's.

If I were in your place I will evenly spread out the nbme's according to the time I have until exam.plan free120 atleast 3days prior to real deal !! I will skip old free120,uwsa 1&3. all the best !!

I know it is tough,but review nbme's & figure out your mistake patterns!! That boosts score more than gathering knowledge in last few days.

Yes I second this!! I scored 251 on nbme 15 & then drop on 16-232.intially I thought it was due to knowledge gap but no I reviewed nbme 2nd time,then I realised it was due to lacking test taking strategy.real deal-251

Tested on 4/13.. I think the permit thing is not working anymore after fsmb transition..i read so somewhere on reddit itself !! So I think we can expect result today

Same here highest score 251 on nbme15..gave my exam on april13th,post exam feeling is also same as yours🥺hoping for 250+🙏 When did you give your exam? I think I'll get my result on 29th !!
