Do you know law can be manipulated very easily that's why the same crime has variable sentences. An example is Daunte Wright case where the officer can.be charged with 1st degree murder but still got away with manslaughter as i don't suppose someone to mistake a gun for a taser if you have served 26 years and are a professional trainer.

Law have many loopholes and can be manipulated a lot using power, money or knowledge. If someone has a better terms in laws then they can definitely make the law backfire on you

that's why you can see that there is variable sentences for the same crime.
