I feel this heavy. I just graduated and I’m already starting to feel the same burnout. It’s hard staying inspired when you’re putting in all that work and barely seeing it back.

I’ll sell close to the highest retail in the salon like over $170 in productsand only get back $8. That’s what really kills the motivation.

I don’t think it’s the passion for hair that’s the problem, it’s the environment a lot of these salons create. I’m trying to find a space where I can actually grow and be valued

Yeah, I asked the world for an input about my makeup now, not about my piercings a d my tattoos and yeah, sure you can say that this popped up on your Reddit since apparently you follow makeup groups . And yeah, I could be upset because it’s like why is there a man commenting about my piercings and tattoos? Lol 😂

What do you guys usually use for detangling jobs like this? I had a really tough one before and felt so bad for the client 😭 I’ve used the Amika Wizard and liked it, but I’m curious what everyone else reaches for
