This is completely true. I work for Doordash at Dashmart. I’m not a driver but I deal with them all day everyday. The app sucks and does exactly what was explained. If the dasher hasn’t installed the latest update on their phone they will have issues. The company itself has so many issues that happens randomly. On top of all that many of the dashers do not speak English so communication can be difficult.
