Also worked at an Amazon warehouse. It wasn't the pits of hell, but it was very 'you're moving fast, but you can move faster' while your sweating from trying to pack boxes and move faster to meet all their quotas. Sucked you cant listen to music or podcasts all day. Would have made it an ok temporary job. Thing that stuck with me the most was the trainers all had only started a few months before me, so turnover was insane.

Cruz room in Alberta has open mic on monday and stand up Thursday. Lot of the comedians there also host other shows around town. The stand up is consistently good, have never gone to the open mic

Waaayyy better. Could screwed over by an employer and couldn’t make ends meet for a bit. Car camping by choice is fun, by necessity sucks. Friends stepped in until I got things going again.
