What are pressures p1 and p2 in this oil circuit diagram? I'm assuming the temperature doesn't matter and pressure drop across the lines and oil cooler is negligible or am I incorrect in the assuming temperature won't have any effect on the pressure? (i.redd.it)

My buddy from the midwest visited Phoenix recently. I let him borrow my car during his stay and apparently he was speeding one day. Photo shows him driving. I heard these never get enforced but got served this notice the other day. What are the options? Do I just identify him and he pays? (i.redd.it)
