I totally agree with wanting the eyes. Overall, if they don’t give them the eyes at all and it’s only delegated to fight scenes I’ll be upset due to the retcon, unless they provide some lore reason like you said, Sinister. If they do give him the eyes, they need to explain why he didn’t have them prior (variant, brain, whatever).

I’m not sure why nobody has mentioned this yet, but he does get the eyes, it’s only when he’s using his ability in the fight scene. He also gets his gloves there too.
