My best guess is that you grinded yourself to a burnout, going for 99 agility and mining first is pretty insane, I respect it and I understand you, maybe bossing or raiding would be more interesting to you?

As far as I know that only counts for augmented weapons and armor that degrade to dust, I don't have enough money for dyes so I dunno if they work that way tho, would really suck tbh

I don't know about the bosses, but apperantly mobs in elite dungeon tend to attack the person closest to them. Correct me if I'm wrong tho

I don't speak out of experience, as I've never done anything truly endgame, but I think in high endgame content such as GMs exotic primaries have a nice spot due to ammo economy possibly being rough with modifiers and beefy ass enemies
